We collect the following information when you use DeliveryMargin:
Account information: Your name, email address, and business name, collected during signup via our authentication provider (Clerk).
Financial data: Payout statement CSVs that you upload from delivery platforms (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub). This data is used exclusively to calculate your dashboard analytics.
Payment information: Billing details are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers.
Your uploaded statement data is used solely to parse, validate, and display your delivery analytics dashboard. We do not share, sell, or use your financial data for any purpose beyond providing you with the DeliveryMargin service.
Your data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure (D1 database and R2 storage). CSV files are stored in a private R2 bucket with no public access. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at [email protected].
We use the following third-party services: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payment processing), Cloudflare (hosting and storage), and Anthropic (AI-powered CSV parsing). Each operates under their own privacy policies.
