By accessing or using DeliveryMargin (the "Service"), operated by Shadowfax Holdings, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
DeliveryMargin is a web-based analytics tool that parses CSV payout statements from third-party delivery platforms (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub) and displays financial analytics dashboards. The Service does not provide financial advice.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information during signup.
You may only upload CSV files that you are authorized to access. You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to process data belonging to others without their consent.
The Service offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial, a paid subscription is required for continued access. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal.
While we strive for accuracy in parsing and displaying your data, DeliveryMargin is not a substitute for professional accounting. We recommend verifying important financial figures with your accountant. We are not liable for decisions made based on data displayed by the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Shadowfax Holdings, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
